Just returned from intense integral coaching training in San Fran with new insights and one I thought I’d share. A leader must be able to face their naked self, their deepest fears, desires and their own humanity. Only then they can effectively understand, motivate, nurture and direct others. The deeper the self understanding the more effective the leader.
Only once you can disrobe in front of yourself can you share the beauty of your naked self with others. Magic happens when nothing stands between you and others. This is metaphorically speaking so please no streaking in the office!
